www.toptools.com.bd is a store of quality professional tools with one of the largest ranges of power tools, hand tools, and cordless power tools. When you (the person named on the order) place an order with us, we will do business with you under the following terms.

Payment
Cash On Delivery, bKash and Bank Transfer are accepted as methods of payment.
Pricing
The prices on www.toptools.com.bd are subject to change at any time.
We have a large number of products available on our site and, despite our best efforts, it is possible for pricing errors to occur on the site. We are under no obligation to provide products at the incorrect price. Therefore, if a product needs to be increased in the price we will either, contact you about the product’s price change before dispatching the product or cancel the order and notify you of the action taken.
Delivery
If an item is damaged upon delivery, make note of the damaged item on the delivery paperwork and contact us.
If for any reason any item(s) that you have ordered are going to exceed 21 days (3 weeks) delivery time, you shall be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel and a full refund will be issued.
Liability
www.toptools.com.bd make sure that any item purchased from us, is of a satisfactory quality, for the purpose of which it is supplied. However, the information on our site is for general guidance purposes. You are responsible for determining whether or not it is adequate for your particular situation. We remind users to please read all manuals and documentation and abide by them at all times.
Our liability for any losses you suffer, as a result of our negligence in a contract is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item you purchased. It is the responsibility of the customer to adequately insure to cover such claims in excess of such amount.
This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude our liability. We are not responsible for any indirect losses which may occur as a side effect of the main loss or damage, whether or not foreseeable, including, but not limited by the loss of income, loss of business, and loss of data.
Cancellation & Returns
Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing eg: via email.
If you decide to change your mind about an order and wish to cancel, within 7 working days of delivery. We will process a refund for the goods total, any additional delivery charge will not be refunded. However, you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the item to us and ensuring that it arrives in good condition. You will receive a refund as soon as possible, in any case, within 7 days from the day of cancellation.
Warranties
Not all items sold by us are supplied with manufacturer’s guarantees or warranties, various manufacturers may also vary in the length of such guarantees or warranties for various products.
